Maurice E. Schoenberger

Maurice E. Schoenberger practices family law and alternative dispute resolution. A prominent family law attorney, he has been in private practice for over 25 years. Formerly a trial court judge, Mr. Schoenberger is the most frequently used facilitative mediator for family law cases in the mid-Michigan area. He is also regularly selected by various Courts to both mediate and arbitrate probate and will cases, business and partnership dissolutions, commercial disputes, and in numerous other areas of litigation. Mr. Schoenberger has been honored by his peers in several publications. He received from the Best Lawyers in America publication recognition as the "Lansing Family Lawyer of the Year for 2009." This was the first year this prestigious honor was ever awarded. He is listed in the current edition of Michigan Super Lawyers. Mr. Schoenberger has also authored articles and lectured on facilitative mediation.
